The latest Dota 2 Patch 7.37b Patch seeks to bring back some forgotten heroes and abilities while also lightly nerfing some over-tuned heroes like Ember Spirit, Puck, Lina and more. Heroes like Phantom Lancer and Viper may see more play in the mid-game but like 7.37, this patch may not have done enough to rejuvenate some absolutely abysmal winrates on some heroes.
