Well, Happy Friday, everyone!
This was literally only like 5%(Rich Piana reference) of my leg workout I got in today, I couldn't get any good angles or shots while avoiding filming without other people. But I incorporate cardio every other day on the weekday, in which I run for 20 minutes at 7 MPH. It seems to be work perfectly for the build that I am. It's not too much cardio, whereas I'm going to lose weight and also strength, but just enough to maintain my endurance at an elevated heart rate (170ish) to improve my cardiovascular health. I've always had an "althetic" build most of my life (heavy but quick on my feet for my size) and during winter season I usually bulk up abit by about 10-15 pounds, and in spring summer, I tend to be a little more lean, but not too the point where I'm shredded.
I always felt to key my fitness routine was always to show up, even when I don't feel like coming in (say during a winter snow / ice storm) get in do your thing, don't talk to other people, don't talk or text, be reasonable in the amount of time to use a particular machine and or bench, and get out. The next most important part is the food you eat, the adequate protein intake, the use of safe supplements, and never using caffeine or any kind of stimulants. Those have always been my keys to fitness now for over 26 years now.
