This After Effects CC 2020 Tutorial gives you two methods on how to create realistic screen replacements in moving shots with no plug-ins required.

Method 1: Corner Pin
1:56 Step 1 - stabilizer your shot with warp stabilizer
2:49 Step 2 - drag and drop replacement screen above base clip
2:49 Step 3 - add corner pin effect to replacement screen clip
3:09 Step 4 - animate corner pin effect keyframes

Method 2: Masking
1:56 Step 1 - stabilizer your shot with warp stabilizer
6:15 Step 2 - precompose your stabilized base clip
6:30 Step 3 - mask out tv screen in first frame of your shot
6:54 Step 4 - animate mask path throughout entire clip to stay on screen
7:30 Step 5 - add additional nodes / vertices to your mask for precision (if necessary)
8:13 Step 6 - add replacement screen under your base clip
8:53 Step 7 - animate replacement screens in 3d space to match the movement of base clip
13:10 Step 8 (BONUS) - add intra-screen replacement transition(s)
13:31 Step 9 (BONUS) - blend the colors in composited layers for added realism
