How To Make Clips Faster/Slower in Premiere Pro (Time Remapping)

Option one:
1. Right click the clip you you want to speed up or slow down
2. Click Speed/Duration
3. Change the the percentage or duration to your desire
Option two:
1. Click on the Rate Stretch Tool
2. Making the clip short will result in faster playback and making
the clip longer will result in slow playback.
